As an Esri® Gold Partner, Pictometry® imagery integrates into the Esri ArcGIS Solutions Suite to give GIS professionals the ability to apply real-world visual context to property-centric, land-based features. GIS spatial data can be overlaid onto high-resolution, data-rich aerial imagery to allow many activities previously performed in the field to happen right from the desktop.
The integration eliminates the cost and complexity of using third-party imagery datasets by connecting Esri users directly to Pictometry images within the Esri platform, resulting in a single productive workflow to blend GIS with real-world visualization. Enjoy integrations with ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS desktop as well as ArcGIS Pro.
Contractors and insurance professionals will enjoy the integration of EagleView® measurements and diagrams with popular estimating programs, such as AccuLynx™, Xactimate® and Applicad.
The integrations allow contractors and adjusters to order EagleView measurement reports from within the estimating software application with the data being imported into the program when ready. This results in users maintaining their workflow in one platform and enhances accuracy by eliminating the risk of a manual data entry error.
For other estimating applications, EagleView offers XML and DXF files for manual import.
The Gateway API imagery direct solution allows companies to integrate Pictometry imagery into their workflow via a high-speed, server-to-server portal. Users can quickly and easily search for properties by address and view each property from multiple directions including a north, south, east and west view and have the ability to overlay U.S. parcel boundary lines on the images. Image download options are ideal for real estate professionals and valuation specialists who may want to export high-resolution images for marketing purposes.
Integrated Pictometry Application (IPA)
With the Pictometry IPA visualization application solution, users open an iframe web browser to access imagery. It’s easy to develop and embed into existing systems and websites through a Pictometry widget, giving the user access and control. Search for locations by geographic coordinates or address and see multiple views and historical imagery of each location.
Pictometry high-resolution images provide dispatchers with the intelligence they need to communicate essential details to first responders. The highest-quality aerial images provide clear views of all four sides of a property to help dispatchers quickly identify access points, understand the situation and relay important information directly to responding crews.
Pictometry imagery is integrated with more than two dozen computer-aided dispatch (CAD) mapping products and is used at more than 1,000 Public Safety Answering Points (PSAP). Strategic partner Intrado® has integrated Pictometry into its enterprise MapFlex 9-1-1® product.
