Extended Coverage

EagleView continues to lead the market, now offering Extended Coverage Reports. Using multiple image sources with the ability to pull the best photos possible, Extended Coverage meets the demand for extended geographical coverage and the need to measure as many roofs as possible.

Extended Coverage

EagleView is offering Extended Coverage to meet the needs of our customers who depend on EagleView reports for every estimate. We understand the reliance that you place on the ability to use an EagleView report from the moment a lead is received and we understand how this affects your business and productivity when you are not able to get a report for a particular property. The Extended Coverage offering allows us to extend our geographical coverage to deliver the measurements that you rely on.

Offered in 3D and 2D formats, the Extended Coverage reports utilize multiple image sources including satellite and lower-resolution photos to extend coverage to structures previously not measured by EagleView due to accuracy concerns. Our goal is to create a report every time we get a request. In an effort to get you the most amount of coverage possible, in some cases we may need to create a report that does not contain our usual accuracy guarantee and disputed report service due to obstructions and/or limited visibility. However, as always, we guarantee your satisfaction with every report. If you are unhappy for any reason with any of our reports, we will gladly credit your account for the price of the report.

Extended Coverage provides:

  • An option when EagleView Premium Reports are not available due to obstructions or limited visibility
  • 3D model when possible with obstructed areas highlighted for field verification
  • 2D model when only top-down images are available; pitch is assigned for display purposes, MUST be field verified and can be entered manually after verification using our pitch calculator tool
  • A landscape-format report to easily identify the need for verification of measurements for 2D reports
