Reports & Points

Points are EagleView's own form of currency. Purchase points and spend them however you want. Points purchased never expire. The point cost of any report depends on its complexity, or number of facets. The more complex the roof is, the higher the point cost will be.

*A "facet" is defined as a flat area between valleys and crowns (aka field).

Do you know the pitch of the roof?  If so, the Standard report might be right for you.  If you aren't sure, let us do the measurements for you with a Premium report.

Aerial Image(s)	Top down image only.	Five images total, including top, north, south, east, and west.
Pitch Values	Must be entered manually by customer.	Accurately calculated through 3D imaging and provided on the pitch diagram page of the report.
Roof Complexity	Typically used for less complex structures.	Any roof structure.
Accuracy	Based on customer input of pitch values.	*We guarantee accuracy of our reports.
Detailed Line Diagram	Not available.	Measurements labeled to a tenth (.1) of a foot - available only with complex roofs or upon request.
Other Options	Options and alternate file formats are unavailable.	Options include detailed line diagram, table of contents, pitch diagram with labels, and multiple file formats.
