How it Works
Ordering an EagleView report is easy with our new 4 step check out process. First, enter the address and select the property you want measured by dragging a pointer onto the map location. Next, add order information, such as the product type, delivery method, and basic property details. Finally, select your payment method and submit your order! In two business days or less you will receive an email with the completed report. If you are not completely satisfied with your report for any reason, just let us know and the report is yours - free of charge.
Finding an Address
Locate the property you want measured by entering the address information. Once you have entered the information on the first order page, click 'search' to bring up the map of the property location. Locate the structure on the map and drag the pointer over the structure. Placing the pointer over the structure helps ensure we measure the correct property. If you have difficulty identifying the property, there are ways we might be able to help, just call us at 1-866-659-8439 to speak to a customer service representative.
Placing your Order
Once the property has been located, there are basic property and order details that will need to be filled out, such as product type, delivery method, and structure details. We offer several delivery methods, depending on how soon you need your report. You can also enter optional information such as claim information and building IDs, to make order and file sorting easier. We also offer Bulk Ordering, which allows you to order multiple properties efficiently with one easy submission.
Receiving Your Report
Receiving your report is easy. If you ordered a Premium Report we will email it to you as soon as it's ready. If we don't email it to you by the due date located on your order confirmation, the report is Free! Our default report file format is PDF, but if you need us to send it to you in a different format, or multiple formats just let us know. If you ordered a Standard Report you will receive an email from us letting you know that the base measurements are ready. Then, simply follow the instructions in the email to add your own pitch values & generate the complete report.
