Hi, my name is Sandora. I'm the L MS administrator here at Eagleview. One thing that has kept me here is the work life balance. That is something that I think most of us really do care about most these days. And I would say that I have found a place where I can have that work life balance that I appreciate. Um I have a team who supports me and I have a team that I do love being a part of and I have a manager who truly does support work life balance and she even encourages us to make sure that we're taking that time for life outside of work and to not spend too much time doing work. Um, so that's something that I really do appreciate being able to have that nice balance between work and life.

Hey, my name is Matthew Hellmers and I am the flight support supervisor here at Eagleview. I've been a part of the flight support team for three years now and I just wanted to take a quick minute to speak to the uniqueness of this team and what we do and that all starts with the aircraft. Like the one behind me here. Our primary role on this team is to provide support and keep these aircrafts capture ready at all times on a regular basis. Our team is hands on in the field working, turning wrenches to install uninstall and maintain our fleets capture systems. That means there is plenty of traveling and field work opportunities at airports and places such as Rochester, New York and Burlington, North Carolina, providing capture system support has even taken our team as far away as Alaska and Hawaii. When we are not out in the field, we are in the office providing software and system updates. It's a fast paced environment that is ever evolving with a tight knit team working with the state of the art proprietary capture system technology that is constantly being invented by our engineering team means we are always learning and growing. All of what I just described is happening just within our flight support team. So how unique is Eagleview as a company Sky is the limit?
