On March 12, Eagleview CEO Piers Dormeyer and the Eagleview One™ team hosted the virtual Eagleview One Star Event, where they announced a major platform update: complete exterior 3D property intelligence is now available in Eagleview One. Dormeyer called it “a structural expansion of what’s possible.”
The release builds on Eagleview’s history of helping industries make property decisions with high-resolution aerial imagery, accurate measurements, and property intelligence—reducing the need for ladders and on-site inspections. With full exterior 3D now in-platform, Eagleview is extending that legacy into a more complete view of the built environment.
From Roofs to the Full Exterior
When Eagleview One launched in June 2025, it replaced static PDF reports with an interactive 3D property model, starting with roof measurements. The latest release extends that model to the entire building exterior: walls, windows, doors, and roof penetrations. All powered by high-resolution ortho and oblique imagery, across residential and commercial properties.
As Dormeyer put it during the event: “property intelligence has historically required trade-offs between accuracy and speed, scale and detail, remote access and confidence. Eagleview One eliminates those trade-offs. Customers can now evaluate entire building envelopes remotely, accelerate estimating and planning cycles, minimize field exposure, and collaborate virtually across teams.”

An Interactive Model You Can Actually Work With
The product demo showcased how the interactive 3D visualizer transforms the day-to-day workflow. Users navigate a living property model rather than reading static reports. The interface lets you toggle between roof and full-structure views, zoom into individual walls, isolate windows and doors, overlay high-resolution aerial imagery directly onto the 3D roof surface, and view roof penetrations.
What stands out is the selection and customization capability: users can pick specific structures, facets, or walls and instantly see recalculated totals for just that selection. From there, generating a custom PDF, JSON, or DXF report for a partial scope takes one click. Measurements can also be copied directly into third-party tools or spreadsheets.
Built for Real Workflows, Not Just Demos
Eagleview One is built to match how customers actually work.
For construction pros, the complete exterior model helps teams bid faster, reduce change orders, and generate full material takeoffs for roofing, siding, insulation, painting, and windows and doors—without a site visit.
For property assessors, it delivers consistent, defensible data at scale for tax assessment, permitting, and code compliance. And for emerging use cases in energy, sustainability, and smart city planning, the full building envelope opens entirely new categories of analysis.
Key point: Eagleview One connects to existing workflows rather than replacing them. Whether customers order through a third-party CRM or directly through the Eagleview One dashboard, the experience is consistent, and the interactive 3D models and downloadable reports are always accessible.

One Subscription, Continuous Value
Eagleview One operates on a flexible subscription tailored to each customer’s usage. That means predictable costs, flexibility as usage grows, and access to new features as they ship. A concrete example from this release: existing roofing customers now get roof penetration measurements included in their subscription at no additional cost.
