The Power of VertiGIS + Eagleview

VertiGIS Studio Web can easily embed Eagleview's Embedded Explorer ("E3") directly inside the map viewer, so users can pull up oblique aerial imagery for any parcel without leaving their GIS application. The integration is delivered as a downloadable VertiGIS Studio Web component: users add Eagleview imagery to the context menu or results panel, enter their Eagleview API key, and the E3 viewer opens in sync with the map's location and extent. This replaces the previous Geocortex Essentials–era Pictometry extension and gives our shared customers a modern, SaaS-friendly path onto Eagleview's current API.

Key Focus Areas:

  • VertiGIS builds and maintains a native component library for VertiGIS Studio Web; the integration is provided at no cost, with optional Professional Services available for configuration.
  • Oblique imagery via Eagleview Cloud / Embedded Explorer (E3), built on Eagleview's JS 4.x API; ortho imagery is available separately as an image service (e.g., WMTS) for use as a map layer.
  • Assessors, planners, and emergency managers get oblique, ground-truth imagery — including measurement tools — synchronized with their existing GIS workflow, reducing the need to switch applications and speeding up assessment, inspection, and disaster-response tasks.
