Jodi Amato, Las Animas County Assessor

Jodi Amato is now in the third year of her first term as Las Animas County Assessor. She began working for the department 15 years ago as an appraiser and later became the deputy assessor. But with budget and staffing cuts, her department was stretched thin and had few resources to keep up with change.

Technology was the answer for the Las Animas County assessor’s office. Amato began to look into the possibility of using Pictometry® imagery from EagleView to meet the needs of her staff and the county government.

Discover the effect Pictometry imagery had on Las Animas County. Read the case study.
